Teluk Cendrawasih National Park (TCNP) is located on Papua Island and has been open since 1993. Administratively, TCNP is situated in the Manokwari district, West Papua province. TCNP is the largest national marine park in Indonesia.
Teluk Cendrawasigh National park P covers an area of 1,453,500 hectares and consists of coastline (0.9%), land (3.8%), coral reef (5.5%), and sea (89.8%). It has 14 kinds of flora that are protected by the Indonesian government. Besides that, in this TCNP there are 36 species of birds, 18 of which are protected birds. There are 198 kinds of mollusks, 209 kinds of fish, and several kinds of sea turtles. The TCNP sea is also home to whales and dolphins. These two kinds of fish are safe to live in Teluk Cendrawasih NP sea because there are no whale hunters or dolphin hunters allowed there and the sea still has abundant food available for those fish. While in TCNP, you can enjoy many interesting tourism objects which are spread in TCNP. In Teluk Cendrawasih NP there are Nusrowi, Yoop, and Mioswaar islands where you can go swimming and diving while enjoying the beautiful underwater views. Also, if you get lucky, you can see whales and dolphins wandering around.
Visitors and tourists coming into Teluk Cendrawasih NP are free of charge. However, any domestic tourist who wants to explore TCNP is supposed to report to the TCNP administrative office in Manokwari in order to get a license called Simaksi. An international tourist wanting to explore TCNP must get a license from the Ministry of Forestry.
You can get to Teluk Cendrawasih National Park (TCNP) from Manokwari city, which is 95 kilometers away. By a motor-boat you can get to TCNP in 2.5 hours. Just be aware of the boat trip schedule: the boat only goes to TCNP three times in a week.

Sukabumi is a district and city in West Java province. About 120 kilometers from the city lies an interesting tourist object called Ujung Genteng. Its beach is still very clean and natural, and it has a unique attraction for tourists to visit it.
In some parts of the Ujung Genteng beach there are some areas which are very good to play around and relax underwater. This is because the water is not deep, even when it is during high tide. Besides, there are no big waves. To the east of Ujung Genteng, there is a place used as a fish market. The market is always busy between 5 and 9 am. Fish are sold at lower prices and they are fresh from the sea, caught by the local fishermen. Part of Ujung Genteng is a place called Pangumbahan. Fifteen kilometers from Pangumbahan is a place called Ombak Tujuh (the Seven Waves). This is a good place for tourists to surf. Muara Cipanarikan is another interesting place to visit at Ujung Genteng. It is the place where Cipanarikan river meets the sea. The meeting spot turns into an interesting area of sand. The area is wide and of fine sand, perfect for children to play and make sand castles. Last but not least is a part of Ujung Genteng beach called Cibuaya that is good for swimming and relaxing underwater. Rates of inn and hotel rooms at Ujung Genteng vary from Rp 75,000 to Rp 350,000.
